Tabea,
I spent 20+ years learning the UN the hard way.
Wrong rooms.
Wrong drafts.
Wrong fights, lost and won.
This is the safety net I wish I had at twenty five.
Expert advice when the procedure breaks you.
Learning resources built from session floors.
Accountability so you actually move between sessions.
A community of Indigenous delegates who have stood where you are standing now.
I’m building your growth partner for the next ten years of this work.
This is for you if:
✓ You’ve sat through a session and nothing you said got in (and you don’t know why).
✓ You’re tired of walking out empty after doing everything right.
✓ You want to understand what’s actually happening in that room.
✓ You’re ready to stop reacting and start moving first.
Not for you if:
x You are not coachable.
x You want to feel informed without doing anything differently.
x You believe 2026 works like 2017.
x You’re still waiting for the right ally to carry you through.
What I’ve built for you
Newsletter
(Free)
Every Saturday. Five minutes.
One moment from the week. A procedural move. A decision that changed the board. A signal most people missed. I break it down so you don’t have to learn it the hard way.
Playbooks
(Free)
Written so you can read them the night before a session and walk in knowing something most people in that room don’t.
How a caucus actually works. How to read a bilateral. How to turn three minutes into a concrete ask. How coalitions form and dissolve when nobody’s announcing it.
Take what you need.
The Brief
(Membership)
Every day I sit down and tell you what happened.
Not the official version. My version.
What moved. Why it moved. What it means for where we stand tomorrow.
Sometimes I’m recording at midnight. Sometimes the lighting’s better in the bathroom. Sometimes I just came from a kava bar with an ambassador and I’m still processing what they told me.
This is the read I’d give you over coffee if we were at the UN together. Before the next session starts. Before you walk into the room.
Workshops
(Membership)
There are things you can only learn by being in the room.
I’m trying to shorten that timeline for you.
Each workshop is one system, walked through completely. How a specific process works. Who holds the power in it. What moves actually land and which ones get you politely ignored.
Tools. Not lectures.
Ask Me Anything
(Membership)
AMA’s. Once a month, bring me your situation. The real one. Not the polished version.
Tell me where you’re stuck, what you’re trying to move, who’s blocking it. I’ll tell you exactly what I’d do. Which process. Which delegation. What to say in the room and what to hold back.

About me
I’m Ghazali Ohorella. Alifuru from Maluku.
I’ve been inside UN negotiations for over 20 years. UNGA, WHO, UNFCCC, BBNJ, the Human Rights Council. Geneva, New York, Paris, Bonn, Vienna.
I watched states kill mandates with procedural moves I didn’t recognize the first time. I watched language disappear between drafts. I watched allies go quiet when it mattered.
I figured out how the room actually works. Without a legal team. Without a vote. Without anyone handing me a playbook. That’s what I’m handing you now.
476 million Indigenous Peoples deserve more than another awareness campaign.
