085 | 2021 Celebration of World's Indigenous Peoples Day (COMPLETE AUDIO)

Today's episode is the complete registration of the 2021 virtual commemoration of UN-DESA’s International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples. The Indigenous Peoples and Development Branch – Secretariat of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues/DISD/DESA organized a virtual event opened by Chief Tadodaho Sidney Hill of the Onondaga Nation, with remarks provided by the Chair of the UN Permanent Forum, a written message of Secretary-General António Guterres and a virtual dialogue featuring myself as the moderator, Professor James Anaya, and Her Excellency María Fernanda Espinosa Garcés discussing the call for a new social contract. Please share any takeaways @gomaluku on Twitter. Enjoy.
