Tai Pelli is a Borikén Taíno, (a Taíno Indigenous person from Puerto Rico); Liaison Officer of the United Confederation of Taíno People (UCTP) and Co-founder of the Caribbean Amerindian Development Organization. She is an International Human Rights, Environmental Rights and Indigenous Peoples' Rights Advocate. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Indian Treaty Council on behalf of the UCTP.
