Helen works for the Forest Peoples Programme, based now in the UK, working primarily partnering with Indigenous Peoples’ and tribal peoples’ communities and organisations to secure collective rights to territories, lands and resources. She worked in Indigenous Peoples’ organisations in Southeast Asia and globally, for over ten years, and for the UN in the regional centre of the UN Development Programme in Bangkok.
