My friends, today I'm starting to upload the Gomaluku Live episodes onto the podcast. GML is a web series I started to answer questions of viewers with some amazing guests. This first episode originally aired on September 23, 2020, and as my guest I had none other than Yannick Ndoinyo of Traditional Ecosystems Survival Tanzania (TEST). I was his mentor at the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues in 2014 have checked in from time to time throughout the years, so I thought it would be nice to yarn for an hour. Listen to his insights as we talk about him going into politics, community radio, decolonizing wildlife conservation, Tribal Link Foundation, going to business school in the Netherlands, and being effective at the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues. Let me know what you think, please tweet any thoughts or takeaways to @gomaluku.
